What we do with your information.

What we collect

When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we hold what you send: your name, your contact details, and whatever you tell us about your education and your plans. If you go on to apply, we also hold the documents needed for your academy application.

What we use it for

Answering you, checking whether you qualify, applying to an academy on your behalf, and arranging your placement and accommodation. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

The academy you are applying to, and the hotel arranging your placement — only what each of them needs, and only once you have asked us to proceed. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone else.

How long we keep it

While we are helping you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Website measurement

We measure which pages people visit and which buttons they press, so we know what is useful and what is confusing. This is counting, not identifying you.
