Gradduos Empire is a registered Malaysian sole proprietorship that recruits international students for Malaysian study programmes. We specialise in hospitality pathways that combine academy learning with structured hotel training, while also supporting diploma, degree and master’s enquiries in other fields.

What We Do

Gradduos Empire is a student recruitment business. We help international students explore programmes at Malaysian colleges, universities and academies. Our hospitality specialisation includes coordinating Work Based Learning and structured hotel training at internationally branded five-star hotels in Malaysia.

That specialisation is where most of our students come to us: the Certificate in Hotel Management, a twelve months Work Based Learning programme where students study and work inside a hotel at the same time. It is what we are known for, and it is the pathway described across this site.

We are deliberately small. Every student who comes through us deals with the same person from first enquiry to arrival in Malaysia and throughout their year here. That is the whole proposition: not scale, but that someone actually picks up.

Who We Have Placed

Students have come to us from Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar, Bhutan and Philippines.

Who We Work With

We place students with Blue Mountains Academy, Voyage Academy, Future Dream Academy and Lincoln, and arrange training placements at internationally branded five-star hotels in Kuala Lumpur and beyond.

  1. 2010

    Green Heal Solution Begins

    Green Heal Solution was established in 2010, initially operating across landscaping, plant-related services, and other business activities in Malaysia.

  2. 2015

    A First Step Into Hospitality

    With the guidance and trust of Ms. Patricia Moses, then Manager of SG Academy, Green Heal Solution began placing Hotel Management students from Sri Lanka and Bhutan into practical training in the Malaysian hospitality industry.

  3. 2015–2022

    Experience Built Through Relationships

    Recruitment and placement activities grew to include students from Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, and Indonesia, working with multiple academies across the Klang Valley. Through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, the business continued building its foundation for the future.

  4. 2022

    Gradduos Empire Is Established

    Gradduos Empire was established as a dedicated business specialising in international student recruitment, hospitality industry placement, and Live Industrial Training in Malaysia. GE carries forward the experience, relationships, and industry knowledge developed through Green Heal Solution since 2015.

Huvineash

Founder & CEO

Huvineash founded Gradduos Empire in 2022, bringing over a decade of experience in student placement, recruitment, and business operations built through Green Heal Solution, which he also founded in 2010. His work connecting students with educational institutions and hospitality partners in Malaysia laid the foundation for Gradduos Empire’s focus on international recruitment and Live Industrial Training.

As CEO, he leads the business’s strategic direction, developing partnerships with academies and hotel brands, expanding recruitment across countries including Indonesia, Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Myanmar and the Philippines, and ensuring students are properly supported throughout their journey. He holds a Diploma in Business Management.

Dineswaran

Chief Operating Officer

Dineswaran joined Gradduos Empire in November 2025 as Chief Operating Officer. He began his career as a financial planner and has been involved in the student hostel accommodation business since 2018. This experience now shapes his oversight of student recruitment, accommodation, and daily operations at Gradduos Empire.

As COO, he focuses on strengthening operations, improving the recruitment process, and coordinating the team behind the business’s growth.
