We check you qualify
Ages 18–25, high school completed, moderate English. If you do not qualify we will say so straight away rather than take your documents.
We match you to an academy
We place you with one of our partner academies depending on your intake and background, and guide your application through.
Offer and student pass
The academy issues your offer and processes your student pass. This is the part that takes time — it is why applying early matters.
You arrive in Malaysia
We arrange your accommodation before you land and meet you when you get here.
You study and train together
Work Based Learning across twelve months: academy coursework alongside rostered shifts in a five-star hotel. The hotel pays your training allowance monthly and covers your meals on duty.
You finish with a certificate
The certificate is awarded by the partner academy the student enrols with. You leave with a year of real hotel experience behind it.
