How to Join the Hotel Management Programme in Malaysia

Check the International Student Entry Requirements
Applicants should be 18 to 25 years old, have completed high school and have moderate English. GE can carry out an initial eligibility check, but final admission depends on the partner academy reviewing and accepting the application.
Match You with a Partner Academy
We place you with one of our partner academies depending on your intake and background, and guide your application through.
Academy Offer and Student-Pass Processing
The partner academy issues the offer and manages the student-pass application. Processing takes time, so students should apply well before the intended intake. Neither GE nor the academy can guarantee approval by the relevant authorities.
Arrival and Accommodation in Malaysia
GE confirms the arrival and accommodation arrangements with the student before travel. We arrange your accommodation before you land and meet you when you get here.
Begin Academy Study and Hotel Training
Work Based Learning across twelve months: academy coursework alongside rostered shifts in a five-star hotel. The hotel pays your training allowance monthly and covers your meals on duty.
Complete the Hotel Management Certificate
The certificate is awarded by the partner academy the student enrols with. You leave with a year of real hotel experience behind it.
